WHO ARE WE?

We have worked hard since 2006 to become a leader in local event and artistic industry. Our scope of experience includes: planning, production, artists’ booking, precise execution and management of complex events. The Spiritus Movens of Art Zone Events is Karol Pawłowski, an experienced musician, director and event creator who leads our energetic team. We are passionate people who do not fear challenges.

HOW WE WORK?

We draw up scripts and work on each project with great attention to evety detail. Each new commission is an individually treated challenge. We cooperate with prominent producers, artists and production companies to create and pursue unique events. We organise company events and cultural projects in Gdańsk and other cities in Poland. We value partnership, customer satisfaction, full commitment and genuine cooperation crucial for each project.

Thanks to a great team spirit of Art Zone Events – Karol Pawłowski crew, close attention to detail and precise working scenario, we provide our customers with unforgetable memories and satisfying services (like company concerts and company events in Gdańsk and other cities in Poland).

We organise company events, conferences, cultural events etc, however there is also a number of services derivating from the history, experience and technical background of our agency in our portfolio. We work on periodic tv and radio productions, create technical and stage design concepts, provide media settings, build installations and fair stands. We also take on promotional activities like advertising videoclips, photo shoots and marketing campaigns.

What differentiates us from other agencies is the unconventional and artistic approach.
