A Grand Celebration of Theatre in the Seaside Resort
Plot twists and dynamic energy are not only the essence of the theatre stage but also a reflection of life itself. After several years of absence, we are thrilled to announce the return of the Polish Radio and Polish Television Theatre Festival "Two Theatres" to Sopot! This event, which has become a permanent fixture in the city's cultural calendar, once again gathered theatre enthusiasts from all over.
Our satisfaction is even greater because, after a one-year break, we once again had the honor of contributing to the organization of this extraordinary festival. For over 10 years, we have been involved in the event, ensuring its technical and scenographic execution.
Where and When Did the "Two Theatres" Festival 2024 Take Place?
The festival returned to its natural home—Sopot, a city with a unique artistic atmosphere. From June 22 to 24, 2024, festival events unfolded across multiple stages and charming corners of the resort, attracting large audiences and theatre creators alike.
Awards and Honors for Outstanding Artists
During the grand final gala, hosted by Agnieszka Szydłowska and Artur Żmijewski, awards were presented in 18 categories, recognizing the finest acting performances and outstanding achievements in Polish Radio Theatre and Polish Television Theatre.
Among the laureates were Joanna Szczepkowska and Adam Ferency, who received the Grand Festival Award for their exceptional acting achievements.
Our Role in the Festival’s Organization
As the event's technical partner, we were responsible for key technical and scenographic aspects. Our team managed:
- Stage construction and technical setup,
- Sound and lighting for the entire festival,
- Multimedia operations,
- Backline management and scenography.
Thanks to our experience and professionalism, the 2024 edition of the Two Theatres Festival became a world-class event, excelling in both artistic and technical execution.
