Waterfront Gdynia – A Modern Space in the Heart of the City
On Thursday, November 21, the grand completion of the second phase of the prestigious Gdynia Waterfront investment was officially announced. The event was attended by Aleksandra Kosiorek, Mayor of Gdynia, and Roger Andersson, Managing Director of Vastint Poland.

Gdynia Waterfront – Modernity and Thoughtful Urban Planning
Gdynia Waterfront is a state-of-the-art, multifunctional complex covering 75,500 m², located at the junction of the City Center and the waterfront, in the area of the former shoreline. It is one of the most prestigious investments in the Tri-City, developed by Vastint Poland.
Our Role in Organizing the Grand Opening
We were entrusted with the comprehensive organization and production of the Gdynia Waterfront grand opening event. Together with our client’s marketing team, we created an unforgettable experience that will remain in the memories of all attendees.
A Spectacular Multimedia Show
During the event, we took the audience on a remarkable journey – from the underwater world, through the history of Gdynia, to the futuristic city of tomorrow. Inspired by the Cross of Tadeusz Wenda, the symbol of Gdynia’s port construction, we created a multimedia spectacle under the theme:

In collaboration with Transspecies Theatre Sfinks and rapper Arkadio, we produced a show combining:
- physical theatre,
- music,
- video art,
- multimedia scenography.
With advanced technology, building facades and interactive surfaces became an integral part of the stage design. The evening culminated in a spectacular LED-lit dance floor, which – just like in Saturday Night Fever – transformed into an impressive dance stage for the guests.
